Module Aim:
“Emphasis is placed on the development of practical and creative design skills for the production and programming of interactive multimedia, experimenting with issues such as; navigation, hyper media, narrative, representation, montage, and interactivity. The module will explore the creative and technical development of hypermedia and interactive multimedia, its application and distribution.”
Macromedia Director Project
Working with Tom Stembridge, Lloyd Randall and Harriet Powell, we created a three dimensional simulation of Berkshire Drive with the view to creating a form of adventure game based on the style of gameplay seen in games like Riven. We started this project by each bringing in an item to be used as a source of inspiration.

The flash actionscript behind this is flexible enough to allow for any size
puzzle to be created and jumbled as many times as I like. In addition to this,
the difficulty of rotating pieces is also a feature.
